Receta Confetti Rice Primavera Whole Foods Markets

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 c. minced carrots
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced red bell pepper
- 1/2 c. peeled and minced jicama
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. diced cabbage
- 2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- 2 x cloves chopped fresh garlic
- 2 c. cooked Basmati Rice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce or possibly tamari sauce
- 1 c. cooked minced spinach
- 1 c. hard diced tofu
- 1/4 c. cooked peas
Direcciones
- Heat oils in a large non stick pan. Saute/fry the first 8 ingredients for 5 min till vegetables are tender. Add in all other ingredients except tofu and continue to saute/fry for 3 min till heated through. Add in the tofu and mix in the rice mix.
