Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Unsalted butter
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Brandy
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 4 x Granny Smith apples

Direcciones

  1. In a saute/fry pan on medium, heat the butter then stir in the sugar. Simmer, stirring occasionally till it begins to turn golden and caramelized.
  2. Add in brandy and lemon juice to the pan and simmer to incorporate. Peel, half and core apples. Place apples in caramel and cook slowly to caramelize and tenderize. Serve hot.
  3. Yield: 8 servings
