Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg Heads cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion tops, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
  • 1/2 c. Salad oil
  • 1/4 c. Garlic wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. White onion, grated
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed

Direcciones

  1. Separate cauliflower into tiny florettes. Drop into boiling, salted water.
  2. Cook for 5 min. Drain well and chill. Mix remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour over cauliflower and let marinate several hrs before serving. Serve on bed of shredded lettuce.
