Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1-1/2 to 3 T butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Lowfat milk
  • 3-4 c. sliced apples, peaches, or possibly plums
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 T melted butter

Direcciones

  1. Put together the flour, baking pwdr, salt, and sugar. Cut in butter till crumbly.Beat egg with vanilla; add in sufficient lowfat milk to make 1/2 cup mix.
  2. Put together the two mixtures to make a stiff dough. Pat into a greased 9 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch pan with a lightly floured palm. (This recipe can be doubled and baked in 9 inch x 13 inch x 2 inch pan.)
  3. Slice fruit onto crust in pan. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and butter. Bake about 25 min at 425 degrees F.
