Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 1 can (5 ounce) (2/3 c.) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 x (7 ounce) jar (2 c.) marshmal creme
  • 8 ounce Almond bark or possibly vanilla-flavo candy coating cut into pcs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 12 x Chocolate creme-filled sandw cookies, broken into bite-s pcs

Direcciones

  1. Line 8-inch-square pan with foil so which foil extends over sides of pan; butter foil. In large heavy duty saucepan, combine sugar, margarine, and lowfat milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 3 min over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  2. Add in marshmallow creme, candy coating and vanilla; blend till smooth. Pour half of mix into foil-lined pan. Sprinkle cookie pcs over entire surface. Top with remaining mix. Cold to room temperature. Chill 1 to 2 hrs or possibly till set. Remove fudge from pan by lifting foil; remove foil from fudge. Using large knife, cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
  3. Makes 36 squares (about 1-1/2 pounds).
