Receta Cooking Conversions & Measurements
Picture this....
you are cooking your family's favorite spaghetti recipe for dinner when all of a sudden you realize that the recipe calls for specific measurements that you don't have, or ones that you need to look up.
This has happened to me more times then I can count. Although I normally just resort to those automatic calculators you can find in Google, I wanted to share a hard copy of cooking conversions and measurements with you in this post.
Just remember that following the correct measurements in a recipe and learning the proper conversions can make all the difference when you are making your mama's special recipe for scalloped potatoes ;)
