- Boil bowtie pasta in boiling salted water for 7 to 8 min. Remove from heat, drain and let cold.
- Mix up Large eggs and lowfat milk and dip each piece into mix. Then roll in the bread crumbs. Fry pasta in oil till deep golden.
- Serve with spinach and artichoke dip.
