Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce bowtie pasta
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk - (to 3) Seasoned bread crumbs as needed Oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Boil bowtie pasta in boiling salted water for 7 to 8 min. Remove from heat, drain and let cold.
  2. Mix up Large eggs and lowfat milk and dip each piece into mix. Then roll in the bread crumbs. Fry pasta in oil till deep golden.
  3. Serve with spinach and artichoke dip.
