Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Evaporated skimmed lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Freeze-dry chives
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 16 ounce Frzn whole-kernel corn, thawed
  • 15 ounce No-salt-added cream-style corn
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 x Egg whites Vegetable cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spoon into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  2. Place dish in a large shallow dish, and add in warm water to larger dish to a depth of 1 inch. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min or possibly till a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove custard from water, and let stand 15 min.
  3. Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 1 c.).
