Receta Corn Custard With Chives

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Evaporated skimmed lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Freeze-dry chives
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 16 ounce Frzn whole-kernel corn, thawed
- 15 ounce No-salt-added cream-style corn
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 x Egg whites Vegetable cooking spray
Direcciones
- Combine the first 8 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spoon into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Place dish in a large shallow dish, and add in warm water to larger dish to a depth of 1 inch. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min or possibly till a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove custard from water, and let stand 15 min.
- Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 1 c.).
