Receta Corn Meal Yeast Rolls

Ingredientes
- 3 c. hot water (not warm)
- 3 T (3 pkg.) dry yeast
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 7 c. all purpose flour (Add in 1 more c. flour if you choose to leave out the corn meal. This will make yeast rolls.)
- 1 c. all purpose yellow corn meal
- 1/2 c. dry lowfat milk
- 1 T salt
Direcciones
- Put warm water, yeast and sugar in large mixing bowl. Let stand a couple min till yeast and sugar mix rises above the water. Let set about 5 min longer. Add in your flour, corn meal, dry lowfat milk, salt and oil (in which order). Knead well. Let rise till double in bulk. Shape into rolls. Place rolls on greased baking sheet and let rise till double in bulk. Bake about 15 min in 350 degree oven. Makes 2 dozen rolls.
