Ingredientes

  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2 c. Yellow cornmeal
  • 1 c. Dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 2/3 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Butter ormargarine, melted
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten 1 Tbsp. lemon juice HONEY BUTTER:
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 c. Butter, softened (no substitutes)

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, lowfat milk pwdr, sugar, baking pwdr, salt and baking soda. Add in water, butter, Large eggs and lemon juice; stir till dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into 24 greased muffin c.. Bake at 425!
  2. for 13-15 min. In a small mixing bowl, beat together honey and softened butter. Serve with the muffins.
  3. Yield: 2 dozen.
