Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb unsalted butter softened
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 x limes juiced
  • 2 Tbsp. minced cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. rocoto chile paste
  • 1 tsp grnd cumin Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 4 x ears fresh corn

Direcciones

  1. Preheat grill on high.
  2. In medium mixing bowl, combine the butter, the juice of the 2 limes, cilantro, chile paste, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Peel the ears of corn and on the warm grill, grill the corn till charred nicely on the outside. Serve with a spoonful the flavored butter on top.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
