  • 1/2 lb your favorite breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 lb smoked sausage (ie. kielbasa)
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 3/4cup celery chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper-chopped
  • 1 garlic clove-minced
  • 3-4 cups cornbread-crumbled
  • 2 cup chicken stock
  • We don't measure, but just add a little bit of poultry seasoning, sage and thyme (about 1/2 teaspoon of each)
  • Salt and Pepper
