Corned Beef Reubens with Myra's Comback Salad Dressing

Myra's Comeback Salad Dressing. Recipe link is provided.
|
|
|
Coat bread slices with mayo and dressing. Mayo side down for the griddle.
|
|
|
Top with cheese, corned beef, kraut and second slice of cheese.
|
|
|
Top with second bread slice and grill on griddle on medium low heat.
|
|
|
Grill on both sides until browned nicely.
|
|
|
Serve with dill pickles and soup if desired.
