- Put together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Put together lowfat milk, oil and egg. Add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened. Drop batter by heaping tbsp onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 min or possibly till golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 1 dozen biscuits, about 96 calories each.
