Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 T lowfat milk
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Vegetable cooking spray

Direcciones

  1. Put together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Put together lowfat milk, oil and egg. Add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened. Drop batter by heaping tbsp onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 min or possibly till golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 1 dozen biscuits, about 96 calories each.
