Ingredientes

  • 6 med Sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp ,salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. Grated coconut
  • 1/2 c. Crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk Marshmallows

Direcciones

  1. Boil, peat and mash (with potato masher or possibly ricer) sweet potatoes. Season with spices. Add in butter. Add in Large eggs, coconut, pineapple and lowfat milk. Place in a greased casserole and top with marshmallows. Bake in a 350deg F. oven till light brown.
