Receta Cornwallis Yams

Ingredientes
- 6 med Sweet potatoes
- 1/2 tsp ,salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 lb Butter
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. Grated coconut
- 1/2 c. Crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk Marshmallows
Direcciones
- Boil, peat and mash (with potato masher or possibly ricer) sweet potatoes. Season with spices. Add in butter. Add in Large eggs, coconut, pineapple and lowfat milk. Place in a greased casserole and top with marshmallows. Bake in a 350deg F. oven till light brown.
