Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg Onion
  • 1/4 lb Margarine/butter melted or possibly use Butter Buds equivalent
  • 2 lb Cottage cheese, fatfree
  • 5 c. Corn Flakes cereal
  • 1/2 c. Minced nuts (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. Chicken style seasoning or possibly more to taste
  • 6 x Large eggs, or possibly Egg Beaters equiv.

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients well. Put in greased 13" x 9" baking dish and bake at 375F for 45 min to 1 hour till set and browned. When you put a spoon in it should feel solid and not real soft.
  2. This is also good cool on sandwiches.
