Receta Cottage Cheese Loaf

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Onion
- 1/4 lb Margarine/butter melted or possibly use Butter Buds equivalent
- 2 lb Cottage cheese, fatfree
- 5 c. Corn Flakes cereal
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Chicken style seasoning or possibly more to taste
- 6 x Large eggs, or possibly Egg Beaters equiv.
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients well. Put in greased 13" x 9" baking dish and bake at 375F for 45 min to 1 hour till set and browned. When you put a spoon in it should feel solid and not real soft.
- This is also good cool on sandwiches.
