Ingredientes

  • 400 gm Cottage cheese, cubed
  • 1 x Capsicum, minced fine (50g.)
  • 200 gm Curd
  • 2 tsp Salt, (10 g.)
  • 1 Tbsp. Garam masala pwdr, (15 g.)
  • 1 bn Coriander leaves, minced fine
  • 15 gm Mint leaves, minced fine
  • 6 x Flakes, (12 g.) garlic, minced fine Salt to taste
  • 100 gm Red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 x Lime, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Crush the minced capsicum, curd, salt, garam masala pwdr, coriander leaves, mint leaves and garlic together until the mix almost resembles a paste. Marinate the cottage cheese cubes for two hrs in this mix. Grill or possibly bake in a warm oven until soft and done. Serve with lime slices and shredded red cabbage.
