  • 1 tsp fast rise yeast (or possibly 2 tspns active dry yeast)
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3 c. white bread flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. dry onion
  • 1 Tbsp. dill seed
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 2 tsp fast rise yeast (or possibly 3 tspns active dry yeast)
