  • 7 lrg Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 7 slc bread trimmed, cubed
  • 1 c. diced fully-cooked ham
  • 1/3 c. finely-minced onion
  • 2 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp dry mustard Sliced tomatoes for topping Sliced green onions for topping

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs and add in lowfat milk, mixing well. Mix in remaining ingredients, except tomato and chives.
  2. Pour into a greased 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking pan. Cover and chill overnight.
  3. Top with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle proportionately with green onion. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour on top rack of oven.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
