- 7 lrg Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 7 slc bread trimmed, cubed
- 1 c. diced fully-cooked ham
- 1/3 c. finely-minced onion
- 2 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp dry mustard Sliced tomatoes for topping Sliced green onions for topping
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs and add in lowfat milk, mixing well. Mix in remaining ingredients, except tomato and chives.
- Pour into a greased 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking pan. Cover and chill overnight.
- Top with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle proportionately with green onion. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour on top rack of oven.
