- Take crust off bread and cut in half.
- Grease 9x13 pan.
- Layer : 1/2 of bread
- 1/2 of ham
- 1/2 of each cheese
- Repeat.
- Combine eggs, milk & seasoning and pour over layers.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Next day mix corn flakes and butter. Spread over top of pan.
- Cook in 375 oven for 45 minutes.
- Let stand for 15 minutes.
