Receta COUNTRY BRUNCH
Ingredientes
- 16 slices firm white bread
- 2 1/2 cup cubed ham
- 16 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 16 ounces mozz. cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- TOPPING
- 3 cups corn flakes (crushed)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Direcciones
- 1. Take crust off bread and cut in half.
- 2. Grease 9x13 pan.
- 3. Layer : 1/2 of bread
- 1/2 of ham
- 1/2 of each cheese
- 4. Repeat.
- 5. Combine eggs, milk & seasoning and pour over layers.
- 6. Refrigerate overnight.
- 7. Next day mix corn flakes and butter. Spread over top of pan.
- 8. Cook in 375 oven for 45 minutes.
- 9. Let stand for 15 minutes.
