Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh Dill, Minced, Or possibly
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry Dill, Crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. White Onion, Grated
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise

Direcciones

  1. Mix the dill and lemon juice together to soften the dill. Blend in all of the other ingredients till almost smooth. Cover and chill.
  2. Makes about 21/4 c. of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Red Cabbage, Broccoli, Zucchini, Tomatoes, String Beans, Cocktail Rye Bread, Seafood, Apples, Nectarines
