- 3 Tbsp. Fresh Dill, Minced, Or possibly
- 1 Tbsp. Dry Dill, Crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. White Onion, Grated
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Mix the dill and lemon juice together to soften the dill. Blend in all of the other ingredients till almost smooth. Cover and chill.
- Makes about 21/4 c. of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Red Cabbage, Broccoli, Zucchini, Tomatoes, String Beans, Cocktail Rye Bread, Seafood, Apples, Nectarines
