Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. cooked grnd country ham
  • 1 pound uncooked loose sausage
  • 2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • Lowfat milk as needed - 2 c.
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 1 T prepared mustard

Direcciones

  1. Put together grnd ham, sausage, bread crumbs and large eggs. Mix thoroughly and add in sufficient lowfat milk to create a moist mix that can be rolled into small balls. Lay balls in shallow baking dish.In saucepan put together sugar, water, vinegar and mustard. Bring to a boil and pour over ham balls. Bake 350 degrees for 45 min. Great for derby.
