Ingredientes

  • 1 bag sauerkraut rinsed, liquid removed
  • 1 x onion
  • 1 x red-skinned apple
  • 2 lb country style pork ribs - (to 3 lbs)
  • 1 c. beer

Direcciones

  1. Put sauerkraut in bottom of crockpot.
  2. Add in diced onion and minced apple. Don't need to peel apple.
  3. Stir and even the top.
  4. Layer country ribs on top of kraut mix.
  5. Pour beer over all.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW from 8 to 10 hrs.
  7. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
