Ingredientes
- 1 bag sauerkraut rinsed, liquid removed
- 1 x onion
- 1 x red-skinned apple
- 2 lb country style pork ribs - (to 3 lbs)
- 1 c. beer
Direcciones
- Put sauerkraut in bottom of crockpot.
- Add in diced onion and minced apple. Don't need to peel apple.
- Stir and even the top.
- Layer country ribs on top of kraut mix.
- Pour beer over all.
- Cover and cook on LOW from 8 to 10 hrs.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
