Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Courgette, Grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp Active Baker's Yeast
  • 2 c. Bread Flour
  • 1/4 c. Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tbsp. Wheat, Cracked
  • 2 Tbsp. Powdered Lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Raisins, And/Or possibly Nuts Large Loaf, (1 1/2
  • 3/4 c. Courgette, Grated
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Active Baker's Yeast
  • 3 c. Bread Flour
  • 1/3 c. Rolled Oats
  • 3 Tbsp. Wheat, Cracked
  • 3 Tbsp. Powdered Lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 x Egg Yolk
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 3/4 c. Raisins, And/Or possibly Nuts

Direcciones

  1. Put grated courgette in colander or possibly strainer. Sprinkle with half the salt, let drain 30 min, squeeze dry.
  2. Add in all ingredients except the raisings and/or possibly nuts in the order suggested by your bread machine manual. Process on basic bread cycle according to manufacturer's directions.
  3. At beeper (or possibly end of first kneading) add in raisins and/or possibly nuts. Let loaf cold before slicing.
