Ingredientes

  • 6 x frzn French toast slices or possibly waffles
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 6 x bacon slices cooked, and broken in half
  • 3 Tbsp. salsa
  • 3 x process American cheese slices
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Prepare the French toast according to package directions. Set aside.
  2. Stir together Large eggs and lowfat milk. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat; add in egg mix, and cook, stirring constantly, till soft scrambled.
  3. Place 3 French toast slices on a baking sheet; top proportionately with bacon, scrambled Large eggs, salsa, and cheese. Sprinkle proportionately with salt and pepper. Top with remaining French toast slices, pressing down gently on sandwiches.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 7 min.
  5. This recipe yields 3 servings.
