Receta Cowboy French Toast Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredientes
- 6 x frzn French toast slices or possibly waffles
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 6 x bacon slices cooked, and broken in half
- 3 Tbsp. salsa
- 3 x process American cheese slices
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Prepare the French toast according to package directions. Set aside.
- Stir together Large eggs and lowfat milk. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat; add in egg mix, and cook, stirring constantly, till soft scrambled.
- Place 3 French toast slices on a baking sheet; top proportionately with bacon, scrambled Large eggs, salsa, and cheese. Sprinkle proportionately with salt and pepper. Top with remaining French toast slices, pressing down gently on sandwiches.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 7 min.
