Ingredientes

Corn Tortillas Equal blend of Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Asadero and Queso Quesadilla cheeses Chipotles in Adobo sauce

Direcciones

Grill both sides of the corn tortillas briefly. Then spread proportionately the mix of cheese on top of the tortillas. Next place one to 3 chipotles in a line bi secting the round tortillas. Fold the tortillas in half and grill on both sides proportionately till the cheese melts.
