Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1/4 lb Velveeta mexican pasteurized process cheese spread with Jalapeno pepper, cubed

Direcciones

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Add in combined lowfat milk egg, lowfat sour cream and oil, mixing just till moistened. Spoon 2/3 of batter into greased 8-inch square pan.
  2. Top with Velveeta cheese spread and remaining batter. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. 6 to 8 servings.
