Receta Cozumel Cornbread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Cornmeal
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/4 lb Velveeta mexican pasteurized process cheese spread with Jalapeno pepper, cubed
Direcciones
- Combine dry ingredients. Add in combined lowfat milk egg, lowfat sour cream and oil, mixing just till moistened. Spoon 2/3 of batter into greased 8-inch square pan.
- Top with Velveeta cheese spread and remaining batter. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. 6 to 8 servings.
