Ingredientes

  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can shrimp
  • 2 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 T sherry
  • French bread, cut to bite-size pcs

Direcciones

  1. Drain crabmeat and flake. Drain shrimp and set both shell fish aside. Put together remaining ingredients, except French bread, in a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally till smooth.Add in crabmeat and shrimp and heat thoroughly. Pour mix into a chafing dish to serve. Use cubes of French bread for dipping.
