Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. dry dill weed
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 2/3 pound crab meat
  • 1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn artichoke hearts, cooked and quartered
  • 4 lg. croissants

Direcciones

  1. In a medium bowl, put together mayonnaise, dill, garlic, parsley, cayenne pepper, crab meat, cheese, sliced olives, and artichoke hearts. Cover and chill till ready to use. Split croissants horizontally. Spread each croissant half with crab mix. Place croissants on baking sheet and broil 5 inches from heat for 3-4 min or possibly till heated through. Makes 8 servings.
