Ingredientes

  • 2 cans crab meat, liquid removed
  • 16 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1 sm. onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • Seafood cocktail sauce

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients till well combined. Shape into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. When ready to serve, make a well in the center of the ball and fill with seafood cocktail sauce. Serve with crackers or possibly carrot and celery sticks. Serves 10-12.
