Ingredientes
- 2 cans crab meat, liquid removed
- 16 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Seafood cocktail sauce
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients till well combined. Shape into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. When ready to serve, make a well in the center of the ball and fill with seafood cocktail sauce. Serve with crackers or possibly carrot and celery sticks. Serves 10-12.
