Ingredientes

  • 250 gm cream cheese
  • 150 gm crab meat, canned
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp mustard, French
  • 1 tsp sugar (caster)
  • 1 x onions, medium salt, pepper
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 1/2 x lemon

Direcciones

  1. Peel and dice onion.
  2. Combine all the ingredients but the sherry in food processor or possibly bowl and beat or possibly blend till smooth. Add in sherry and lemon juice to taste.
  3. Serve with crackers or possibly vegetable crudites.
