Receta Crab In Beer Broth (Cua Hap Bia)

- Marinate the crab with salt, pepper, sesame oil, oyster sauce and a clove of garlic for 1 hour.
- Saute/fry remaining garlic and onion in oil for 2 to 3 min, or possibly till brown. Add in crab and chiles, and continue frying. After a few min, add in beer and cover. Reduce heat, and cook for 10 min. Add in tomatoes. Cover again. Cook for 5 min.
- Serve in bowls, adding a little of the broth. Garnish with fried garlic and watercress.
- Comments: Almost any variety of hard-shell crab can be used for this recipe.
