Receta Crab In Black Bean Sauce

- Cut the vegetables into 8 cm strips.
- Heat oil in wok.
- Cook the crab pcs in oil for 3 min.
- Drain crab on absorbent paper.
- Strain oil leaving 2 Tbsp. oil in wok.
- Stir fry black beans garlic and ginger in oil for 30 seconds.
- Add in sugar and vegetables.
- Stir fry for 2 min.
- Add in crab.
- Add in soy sauce and water mixed with cornflour.
- Cook till sauce thickens.
- Serves 4
