- Combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, chopped chives, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- With a mandoline or possibly slicer, cut the daikon into thin circles. Place 1 tsp. of the crab mix onto each daikon circle. Mix in half. Loop one chive or possibly green onion top around the folded daikon and tie into a knot.
- This recipe yields 15 pcs.
