Ingredientes

  • 1/4 lb Margarine
  • 2 x Green onions, minced
  • 1/4 x White onion, minced
  • 1 lb Lump crab meat
  • 2 ounce Sherry wine
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Table salt
  • 4 x Halves of toast, sliced
  • 1 dsh Paprika Hollandaise sauce

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry white and green onions in butter until limp; add in crab meat and salt and pepper, blending together till hot. Add in sherry wine; simmer. Spoon onto toast and overlay with Hollandaise Sauce. Sprinkle paprika on center of sauce.
