Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb Margarine
- 2 x Green onions, minced
- 1/4 x White onion, minced
- 1 lb Lump crab meat
- 2 ounce Sherry wine
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Table salt
- 4 x Halves of toast, sliced
- 1 dsh Paprika Hollandaise sauce
Direcciones
- Saute/fry white and green onions in butter until limp; add in crab meat and salt and pepper, blending together till hot. Add in sherry wine; simmer. Spoon onto toast and overlay with Hollandaise Sauce. Sprinkle paprika on center of sauce.
