Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Crab meat
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Mushroom sauce
  • 2 x Hard boiled Large eggs
  • 1/2 Tbsp. A-1 Sauce
  • 1 quart Lowfat milk
  • 1 pch Nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/3 c. Sherry

Direcciones

  1. Mash hard boiled Large eggs with fork. Add in butter, flour & pepper.
  2. Bring lowfat milk to a boil & pour it gradually onto well mixed paste of Large eggs, etc.
  3. Put over a low fire & add in crab meat (w/bits of shells removed of course!) & simmer for five (5) min. Add in cream & bring to a low boil.
  4. Add in salt, sauces & sherry & heat. Serve.
  5. (NOTE: Don't boil after sherry has been added!)
  6. Serves: 6-8
