Receta Crab Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Crab meat
- 1/2 Tbsp. Mushroom sauce
- 2 x Hard boiled Large eggs
- 1/2 Tbsp. A-1 Sauce
- 1 quart Lowfat milk
- 1 pch Nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 c. Heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/3 c. Sherry
Direcciones
- Mash hard boiled Large eggs with fork. Add in butter, flour & pepper.
- Bring lowfat milk to a boil & pour it gradually onto well mixed paste of Large eggs, etc.
- Put over a low fire & add in crab meat (w/bits of shells removed of course!) & simmer for five (5) min. Add in cream & bring to a low boil.
- Add in salt, sauces & sherry & heat. Serve.
- (NOTE: Don't boil after sherry has been added!)
- Serves: 6-8
