Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Crabmeat
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  • 2 x Green onions, minced
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. White wine
  • 8 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 x Onions, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1 can Mushroom pcs
  • 1 c. American cheese, grated

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion and celery in butter till soft. Add in crabmeat, soup and mushrooms. Blend well, add in remaining ingredients. Mix and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 F. till warm and bubbly.
