Receta Crabmeat Salad Pie

Ingredientes
- 8 x Inch single crust pastry Shell
- 7 1/2 ounce Can Crab
- 1 c. Minced celery
- 1 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Minced green bell pepper
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Slivered almonds Crabmeat or possibly 1 pkg. imitation
Direcciones
- Bake pastry shell. Combine liquid removed and flaked crabmeat, celery, 3/4 c. of shredded. Cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. minced green pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce. Sprinkle with rest of cheese, bread crumbs and slivered almonds. Bake at 350 F. for 15-20 mins.
